Made my way back to Pratts today, and as always, got some top-notch help from Lynn in the bedding section. I've gone ahead and ordered a sofabed. Big thanks to everyone involved!

We recently bought some sofas from this store in Leeds. Right from the start, Dale Williamson offered us top-notch customer support. We could check out various styles without being bothered, and when we had questions, Dale was there with all the info we needed. We had plenty of time to think about our decision without any pushy sales tactics, and Dale even went above and beyond to assist us in picking out color samples. He was super professional and polite the whole time, and we truly valued the fantastic service we got. Definitely recommend!

We want to give a shoutout to the Christopher Pratt furniture store. They offer a huge selection of items. The customer service is top-notch. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Big thanks to Richard for his friendly assistance, expertise on chairs and sofas, and his laid-back, helpful advice. Also, a special mention for Lyn in the bed section—she's super helpful, experienced, and knows all about the beds available. Everyone else there is also friendly, kind, and courteous. This is definitely the go-to place for all your furniture needs.

He managed to find the perfect balance between being there to answer our questions with expertise and not coming off as 'pushy' at all. Today, we had fantastic assistance from our sales rep, Anna. She was super knowledgeable, really friendly, and quite accommodating.

Even though we don’t live nearby, we chose to make the trip because we noticed on their site that they had a vast selection of chairs, especially the Himolla ones. Dale Williamson came over to chat with us, providing just the right amount of info and letting us test out the chairs. He kept checking in to see if we were doing alright and offered additional details while showing us fabric samples. I gotta admit, I can be a tough customer sometimes, so I was even more impressed by how he remained calm and professional. I felt like Dale was there to respond to our inquiries but also gave us enough room to explore the various chairs. Now, I’m really looking forward to the arrival of my new chair!

It was high time for a new bed, and let me tell ya, picking one out can be a real challenge. Our last experience a decade back led us to a mattress that was so uncomfortable we ended up going back to our old one after just six months. Since we’ve shopped at Pratts before and had great service, we decided to head there again. Lynn was fantastic; she listened to what we wanted and explained the different types of mattresses available. She guided us on where to start and then let us try out a bunch of options while checking in on us regularly. After losing track of how many mattresses we tested, we finally made our choice and completed the purchase. Lynn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel completely at ease. We can’t wait to enjoy many cozy nights in our new bed. Would I suggest Pratts? Absolutely, a big yes from me!

This is an awesome shop packed with furniture for everyone’s style. We were assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson (Duncan), and we feel really good about our selection and the amount we spent.

Our experience with Christopher Pratts kicked off with a phone call inquiry for our daughter regarding some wardrobes. Dale was super helpful, sending us pictures of what we were looking for to help with her purchase. After that, we decided to check out the store in person and chatted with David. We needed some guidance on what would fit best in our daughter's space for wardrobes. David was fantastic. He suggested several options and designs that we could show our daughter. Fast forward five months of searching for wardrobes, we finally took our daughter to the store today, where David dedicated a lot of time and effort, showing her wardrobes that she absolutely loves. Other furniture shops could really learn a thing or two from the amazing customer service this place offers. Huge thanks to David for his outstanding service, great communication, and endless patience.

I really enjoyed being helped by Dale and David. They were super professional and seemed to genuinely love what they do. They knew their stuff about the products they were offering. The trip took me an hour and 20 minutes, but it was totally worth it!

After months of searching, I finally got my hands on a gorgeous wardrobe!! David at the Leeds store was super helpful, really informed and knowledgeable. After a few weeks of hunting, the amazing team at Christopher Pratt's came through for me, and I finally discovered the chairs I needed. I first met with Anna, who took the time to understand what I was after, and then she connected me with Christian. He knew his stuff, was super friendly, and really helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Oscar-worthy thanks to everyone at Christopher Pratts for the friendly welcome and all the assistance we received while picking out new furniture for our new home. David Johnson is a total gem when it comes to the massive sofa selection; he really knows his stuff. As for dining tables, Chris Barrowclough (or maybe it was Andy Aylesbury … two names on the invoice and letter) totally nailed the table we were after once we shared our needs … he was spot on! We placed our order on November 5, 2022, and it arrived today, January 26, 2023, with just a few dining chairs still on the way.

The delivery team, Paul and Wayne, kept us in the loop about the delivery time today and they were fantastic. They unpacked the sofas and cushions in no time. They even put together the dining table, and I got a little tutorial on how to extend it, followed by another just to make sure I got it (I’m not slow, it’s just got some nifty metal mechanisms). They cleaned up and took all the boxes and wrapping with them. Such nice guys.

We’re over the moon with the quality and appearance of everything that came today, plus the incredible 10-year guarantee from Pratts. We’ll definitely be back soon for all our other needs.

Recently, we visited the store to buy a 3 piece suite. After browsing a bit, we caught Anna's attention. She knew a lot about the suite we were interested in and assisted us in making our choice without any hurry. There was zero pressure to buy, but we felt good about placing an order after chatting with her. Everything was handled with a friendly smile.

Exceptional service and remarkable knowledge from Lynn. I purchased a bed and had no clue about what I really needed. Lynn took her time to make sure the bed I selected was perfect for me. Quite impressive, I must say. The price was great as well. I almost made a purchase online but I'm really glad I decided to chat with Lynn instead. Got a better deal too.
